Daniella Berger

Daniella Berger, MHRM, currently serves as the Human Resources Director of Global Development and International at The Wendy's Company, where responsibilities include managing Human Resources activities across multiple divisions and minimizing legal liabilities in employment practices. Prior roles at Wendy's include Human Resources Manager and Sr. HR Business Partner, focusing on employee relations and effective HR strategies. Daniella's experience also includes serving as a Human Resource Representative at Pepsi Beverages Company, supporting over 250 employees in various HR functions, and previously as a Human Resources Intern, leading recruitment efforts. Daniella holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology, both from Rutgers University.
