Or Kaplan has held a variety of roles in the tech industry, beginning in 2013 when they joined Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 as an Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, and Data Projects Manager. In 2017, they moved to Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Cyber Security Data Analyst. In 2019, they joined Applied Genomics as a Bioinformatics Developer, and in 2020, they moved to Microsoft as a Software Engineer. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Wenrix, a position they have held since 2022.

Or Kaplan attended Tel Aviv University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Biology.
