Najm Choudhry

Najm Choudhry is an experienced professional currently serving as a Research Assistant at WentWest since December 2021 and as a member of the Human Research Ethics Committee at Family Planning NSW. Previous roles include National General Secretary for the Women's Auxiliary of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and volunteer Glaucoma Patient Educator at Glaucoma Australia. Najm has also contributed as a Research Study Assistant at The Westmead Institute for Medical Research and as a Research Assistant at Western Sydney University, focusing on alcohol dependence recovery. Najm's earlier experience includes positions at Specsavers Australia & New Zealand and the Melanoma Institute Australia, where research involvement included projects related to oncology. Najm holds a Master's degree in Orthoptics and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science from the University of Sydney.
