Frederike Krystosek

Frederike Krystosek has a comprehensive background in human resources and psychological studies, currently serving as an Expert Apprenticeship in HR Development at WEPA since October 2020. Prior roles at WEPA include Junior HR Specialist positions and a Trainee role in HR Group Functions. Frederike holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie and also completed a Bachelor of Science in the same field at Hochschule Fresenius, where studies were conducted from 2015 to 2020. Additional experience includes a Werkstudent position at Steinhübel Coaching GmbH, an internship at the Tagesklinik für Kinder-u Jugendpsychiatrie, and a brief internship at Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt GmbH & Co. KG, where research and writing tasks were performed.
