Kristin Hayn

Kristin Hayn is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at WEPA since May 2023, Kristin previously held the role of HR-Manager at JERMI Käsewerk GmbH and May Gerätebau GmbH. Kristin began a career in HR at EGGER Group as a Working Student, providing support to HR Managers. Kristin's academic achievements include a Master of Science in Betriebswirtschaftslehre and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Studies from Paderborn University, where a master's thesis focused on the potential of talent pools in recruiting was written.
