David Maurer

In 2017, they worked as an Intern at Casey CPA, where their responsibilities included data entry, monthly bank reconciliation, preparation of 1099's and W2's, and preparation of 2016 individual and corporate tax returns. That same year, they also worked as an Accounting Analyst at Boston College. In 2018, they were an Assurance Intern at PwC, where they reviewed cash, receivables, pp&e, and expense accounts as well as client documents and interim financial information. David then worked at PwC as an Assurance Associate from 2019 to 2022, where they performed annual financial statement audits and quarterly reviews of large cap and small cap public medical device and biotechnology companies, as well as financial statement audits for non-public biotechnology companies and universities. Theircurrent role is Senior Accountant at Werewolf Therapeutics, which they have held since 2022.

David Maurer, CPA has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Operations Management from Boston College, which they earned between 2014 and 2018. David then went on to earn a Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Hilton Head Island High School between 2010 and 2014.
