Pamela Cohen, PhD

Pamela Cohen, PhD has over 15 years of experience in research and analytics. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Chief Research & Analytics Officer at The Mom Project/Werklabs, where they led research and analytics teams to consult with organizations on creating employee experience measurement systems and used social and predictive analytics to identify the critical building blocks for successful employee retention. From 2016 to 2018, they were also Principal of RepuScience, LLC, where they performed rigorous qualitative research and analyzed interview results to produce robust hypothetical models of reputation. From 2015 to 2016, they were VP, Predictive Social Intelligence at Blab, Inc., where they designed causal/predictive modeling capabilities to combine and analyze disparate social media and other attitudinal datasets. From 2014 to 2015, they were SVP/Director of Predictive Analytics, Global Research & Analytics at Ketchum, where they developed existing and built new client relationships and provided leadership and strategic direction to the research team. From 2011 to 2014, they were Associate Professor/Methodology Expert at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where they taught research methodology/statistics, social bases of behavior, law and social psychology, and professional development. From 2010 to 2011, they were Research & Analytics/Consulting Dir Reputation Valuation at Dix & Eaton, where they created and directed the reputation valuation business unit. From 2005 to 2010, they were Managing Director - Reputation/Brand Valuation at Fleishman Hillard/CCW, where they designed unique and insightful predictive reputation measurement models. From 2003 to 2002, they were Founding Partner at Predictiv, LLC, where they co-founded a strategic consultancy specializing in analyzing the value of intangibles. Finally, from 2002 to 2003, they were Global Director, Intangibles Valuation at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where they directed the intangible valuation practice and service offering worldwide.

Pamela Cohen, PhD obtained their PhD in Sociology/Social Psychology from the University of Michigan. Pamela also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology/Social Psychology and a Master of Arts (MA) in Education from the University of Michigan. Her undergraduate degree is a BA in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
