Irene Poldervaart

Irene Poldervaart is an experienced professional in management and communication, currently serving as the Manager of Werk & Participatie and Manager of Kwaliteit & Service at Werkse! since January 2017, after holding the role of Coördinator Procesondersteuning. Prior to this, Irene worked at PostNL as a Business Administration Advisor on a temporary project, and held short-term positions at TNO as a Communication contact for the Infodesk, and at Baker Hughes as a Communication Specialist focused on SharePoint. Earlier experience includes a role as Communications Specialist and Team Coordinator at Stedin, where Irene developed and executed communication strategies to enhance internal processes. Irene holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Leisure Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and recently completed additional training at True North Rotterdam.
