Robert van Heijningen

Robert van Heijningen has extensive experience in workforce integration and employment services. Since January 2014, Robert has served as an account manager and coordinator at Werkgeversservicepunt Delft, focusing on creating paid job opportunities for candidates under the Participatiewet. Prior roles include serving as a matchmaker and work coach at Gemeente Delft, where Robert was responsible for matching candidates to vacancies and facilitating their transition to the labor market. Previously, Robert worked as an adviser at UWV Werkbedrijf, guiding job seekers to employment and providing workshops. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag and a degree in Retail from MBO Tinbergen.
