Emily Symonds

Emily Symonds is a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at WeShape since September 2022, previously working as a Guidance Manager at Coopers School and a Senior Delivery Manager at La Fosse Associates. In her role at Coopers School, she provided support to 250 students in various areas of school life including well-being, behavior, mentoring, SEN support, and career advice. At La Fosse Associates, she served as a Senior Delivery Manager and Associate Delivery Consultant.
