Charlotte Juhl-Hansen

Charlotte Juhl-Hansen is currently the leader of the volunteer effort at WeShelter, overseeing initiatives such as social food clubs, financial counseling, yoga sessions, and network activities aimed at supporting homeless and vulnerable individuals. In previous roles, Charlotte served as program manager at WeShelter, where responsibilities included developing volunteer networks and managing projects aligned with the Housing First approach. Prior to this, Charlotte worked for the Danish Red Cross in various capacities, focusing on social activities for vulnerable families and individuals, and led the establishment of new outreach initiatives. Other professional experiences include positions as a social worker and development consultant within the Criminal Justice System, contributing to the implementation of risk assessment principles and training staff. Charlotte holds a master's degree in Social Work from Aalborg University and has additional qualifications in process leadership and social work supervision, evidencing a strong educational background in social services.
