Dee Bignell

Dee Bignell is the current Director of Human Resources at Wesley College. Dee has extensive experience in Human Resources, having previously worked as an HR Manager for Woodside Energy, a Senior HR Advisor for Minara Resources, and an HR Advisor for Worsley Alumina. Dee is highly skilled in all aspects of Human Resources, and has a proven track record of success in their previous positions.

Dee Bignell has a Bachelor of Commerce / Arts from The University of Western Australia in Industrial Relations / Political Science / Human Resources.

Dee Bignell reports to Ross Barron, Head of College. They are on a team with Mary Henry - Director of Community Relations, Geoff Searle - Director of Finance, and Nathan Jessup - Deputy Head, Operations and Pastoral.
