Cindy Severson

Cindy Severson started their work experience in 2002 at Nationwide Advantage Mrtg Co, where they worked as a Human Resource Technician, Human Resource Representative, and later as a Sr Human Resource Representative until 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as a Tiny Human Developer. Cindy then joined WesleyLife in 2016 as a People & Culture Specialist and later became the Director of People and Culture in February 2019.

Cindy Severson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iowa State University. Cindy is currently working towards their SPHR certification from the Society of Human Resource Professionals.
