Sally Shiels

Sally Shiels is an accomplished professional in learning and organizational development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an L&D Business Partner at Wesleyan since September 2022 and a Leadership Development Consultant at Shell Energy UK since March 2021, Sally has demonstrated expertise in leadership, performance management, and talent development. Previous roles include OD Manager and Interim OD Manager at The West Brom, where management of learning and development initiatives was emphasized. Sally’s early career at NFU Mutual involved leading significant L&OD strategies, managing large teams, and implementing cultural change programs.
