Sheila Saegh Henretta

Sheila Saegh Henretta is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Wespath Benefits and Investments, managing a faith-based non-profit with over $25 billion AUM. Prior to this role, Sheila served as the Deputy General Counsel at The Options Clearing Corporation and as the Director of Division of Banking at the Department of Financial & Professional Regulation in the State of Illinois. Henretta's background includes experience at the Governor's Office of Management and Budget in Illinois and as Counsel in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital at Jones Day. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
