Ryan Watts

Ryan Watts is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and football coaching. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Wessex Internet since December 2022, Ryan has also held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. In addition to talent acquisition roles, Ryan is a Football Coach for the Girls Emerging Talent Pathway at Dorset County FA and has been Head Coach of the Men's Reserve Team at Bournemouth Sports FC since October 2018. Ryan's coaching experience extends to roles such as Coach Mentor and U18 Football Coach at Bournemouth Sports FC, as well as previous positions at NET Recruit and JTL, where Ryan contributed to recruitment and apprentice support. An academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Sports Psychology and Coaching Sciences from Bournemouth University and various qualifications from Palmer's College and St Clere's School.
