Nirja Shah

Nirja Shah currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Police (U/T) in Alipurduar District under the West Bengal Police since December 2023. Previously, Nirja was an Indian Police Service (Probationer) with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, from December 2021 to August 2024. Earlier experience includes a role as a LAMP fellow at PRS Legislative Research from June 2018 to 2019. Nirja Shah earned a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) in Law from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, completing the degree in 2018.
