Bert Clemmens

Bert Clemmens is a Senior Hydraulic Engineer at WEST Consultants, Inc. since September 2011. Prior to this role, Bert served as Center Director at USDA, ARS, Arid Land Agricultural Research Center from 2008 to 2011 and as Center Director at the U.S. Water Conservation Lab from 1998 to 2006. Bert earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Arizona State University in 1990, a Master of Science (MS) in Water Resources Engineering from Arizona State University in 1979, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University in 1975.
