Karen Smith has extensive experience in patient services and administrative roles within the healthcare and legal sectors. Since November 2017, Karen has served as a Patient Services Representative/Surgery Scheduler at Medical Center Clinic, P.A., and also held the position of Patient Concierge within Physician Support Services. Concurrently, since October 2016, Karen has been a Patient Services Representative at Medical Center Clinic.
