Keith Dellagrotta

Medical Director, Emergency Department at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center

Keith DellaGrotta started their work experience in 2011 as a Business Process Manager Intern at Sutter Health, where they managed the implementation of the Toyota Production System. In 2014, they worked as a Business School Student Consultant at Cerner Corporation. In 2015, they became an Emergency Medicine Resident at NYC Health + Hospitals. From 2018 to 2019, Keith served as an Emergency Medicine Administrative Fellow at Emory Healthcare, where they had clinical and administrative responsibilities. In 2019, they started working as an Emergency Physician Independent Contractor at Emergent Medical Associates. During the same year, they also became the Assistant Medical Director at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center, a role they held until 2022 when they became the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at the same institution. In 2020, Keith joined UCM Digital Health as a Telemedicine Provider and MyMask Movement as their Medical Lead. In 2021, they co-founded m^3, a company whose role they currently hold.
