Patrick Lam

Patrick Lam is an experienced professional with a robust background in traffic and transport engineering. Currently serving as the Director at Tai Yip Cultural Group since March 2019, Patrick also holds the position of Senior Traffic and Transport Engineer at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, a role maintained since September 2010 where responsibilities include managing all traffic and transport-related issues of the project. Prior to these roles, Patrick was the Director of Traffic Engineering at Wilbur Smith Associates from April 2007 to September 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Leeds (1997-1998) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering from The University of Hong Kong (1993-1996).
