Danielle O'Connor, CTA, serves as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at West Michigan Whitecaps since April 2018, overseeing concession operations for baseball games and ballpark events while ensuring facility cleanliness and organization. With a background in various roles at Gilda's LaughFest since January 2017, Danielle has coordinated logistics for artists and volunteers and managed a large number of comedians for festival showcases. Previous experience includes responsibilities as a Restaurant Management Intern at Stafford's Pier Restaurant and various operational roles at Grand Valley State University, showcasing a strong foundation in hospitality and event management. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University.
