Brian Paulen

Brian Paulen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in enterprise services and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Head of Global Enterprise Services at West Monroe since January 2014, Brian plays a crucial role in shaping organizational strategies and advocating for clients, employees, and community partners. Previously, as the Managing Partner for the Seattle Office and West Coast Region Leader, Brian focused on empowering teams to deliver financial value. Brian co-founded Madrona Solutions Group in 2005, serving as CEO until its acquisition by West Monroe Partners in 2013, and has held leadership roles at Slalom Consulting, EMC, and Andersen Consulting. Brian's educational background includes executive training from Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and International Business from Lehigh University. Currently pursuing further education at Georgetown University, Brian continues to enhance expertise in the field.
