Derrek Vanlith

Derrek VanLith has a diverse work experience starting with an internship and project auditor role at Energy Management Collaborative in 2014. Derrek then worked as a senior associate at Boom Lab from 2015 to 2018. Following that, they joined Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as a staff consultant and later became a senior consultant. In 2020, Derrek worked at Wells Fargo as a consultant before joining West Monroe in 2021 as a senior consultant in finance transformation. Derrek quickly progressed to become a manager in the same department. Currently, Derrek holds the role of National Community Lead - WMPride, a position that aims to attract and retain LGBTQ+ talent and enhance the firm's cultural competence.

Derrek VanLith earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Leadership and Management from the University of St. Thomas between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Derrek has obtained certifications such as Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020 and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in January 2019.
