Mazen Ghalayini

Mazen Ghalayini is a Managing Partner, Board Member, and Audit Chair at West Monroe. Mazen leads the Digital Product Experience & Engineering Lab ("PiXEL") team, shaping the overall practice strategy, collaborating with directors, and overseeing growth across all offices. Mazen also served as a Client Business Manager at AT&T Business, building relationships and selling to executive management. Mazen holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management.
