Kim Lynch

Kim Lynch has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. Kim has experience working in a variety of legal settings, including private practice, corporate law, and banking.

Kim began their career at Mayer Brown and Platt, one of the world's largest law firms. Kim spent five years there as an attorney before moving on to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. At the Fed, they worked as a staff attorney for three years.

In 1996, Kim transitioned to the corporate world, joining ABN AMRO/LaSalle/Bank of America as an assistant general counsel. Kim spent twelve years at the bank, until the economic downturn in 2008 led to their being laid off.

After a brief period of unemployment, Kim landed a job as general counsel at Shorebank Corporation. Kim held that position for just over a year before the company was forced to shut down in 2010.

Kim's next position was as general counsel at Urban Partnership Bank. Kim spent three years there before moving on to their current role as general counsel at West Monroe Partners.

Kim Lynch earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Chicago and a J.D. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.

Kim Lynch reports to Kevin McCarty, CEO & Chairman. They are on a team with Michael Hughes - Managing Director, Doug Armstrong - Chief Operating Officer, and Zach Jones - Chief Financial Officer.
