Penny Coates

Penny Coates, ACC, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Talent Business Partner at West Monroe Partners. With extensive experience in human resources, previous roles include Vice President of HR Consulting and Vice President of Business Manager at BlackRock, as well as an HR Business Partner in ASO. Penny has also held the position of Assignment Manager in Global Mobility Services at Goldman Sachs, and served as an HR Compensation and Analytics Associate at both Nomura Securities and Lehman Brothers.
