Malcolm Parsons ChPP, ChMILT, FCMI, MCIRO is the Interim Delivery Director at West of England Combined Authority and Head of Capital Delivery at Network Rail. With a wealth of experience in the rail industry, Malcolm has held various leadership positions including Industry Programme Director, Principal Programme Sponsor, Director Business Development, and Deputy Regional Director. Starting their career with British Rail as an M&E apprentice, Malcolm has since worked their way up to overseeing rail operation and maintenance activities, leading large teams, and managing complex projects.
