Richard Turner FCII is an experienced professional in the marine insurance sector, currently serving as Head of Product Development at West P&I since August 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of International Head of Marine at Victor Insurance Holdings from December 2020 to August 2023 and served as President of the International Union of Marine Insurance (IUMI) from September 2018 to September 2022. Richard's extensive career at RSA spanned from July 1983 to January 2020, where Richard occupied key roles including CEO of RSA Luxembourg, Director of GRS Europe, and Global Marine Director, leading RSA's Specialty business across all commercial lines in Europe and DIFC.
