Joshua Nygaard

Joshua Nygaard has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 as a Lab Engineer at Malarkey Roofing Products. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Customer Service Specialist at Boot Barn, where they worked until 2020. Since 2020, Joshua has been employed at West Paw, where they have held various roles. Joshua initially worked as an Injection Molding Operator from July 2020 to January 2022. From January 2021 to January 2022, they served as the Injection Molding Department Lead, responsible for ensuring efficient production, creating production schedules, and reporting production OEE's to the executive team. Currently, Joshua is working as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at West Paw.

Joshua Nygaard attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
