Michael Smadja

Michael Smadja has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across several companies. Michael currently holds the position of VP R&D at Annabella Tech, where they started in 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an R&D Engineering Director at West Pharmaceutical Services starting from 2015. Before that, they served as an Advance Manufacture Engineer Manager at Medtronic from 2013 to 2015, where they successfully led the NPI of a new Co2 monitoring project.

From 2008 to 2013, Michael worked at GE Healthcare, where they held various roles including Global Service & Engineering Manager, Hardware R&D and Engineering Manager. In these roles, they managed global support operations, led design teams, and launched innovative medical devices.

Before joining GE Healthcare, they worked at Comverse as a Mechanical and Hardware Group Manager, responsible for product transfer and engineering infrastructure. Michael's early career includes roles at HP as a Mechanical Engineer/Designer, PS Molds, and Iscar as a Mechanical Engineer/Designer.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a track record of successful project deliveries.

Michael Smadja attended Braude Academic College from 1991 to 1995, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. No degree or additional certifications in Mechanical Engineering are specified.
