Robert Segura

Robert Segura has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Robert began their career at USAA as an Associate from 2002 to 2004. Robert then joined Acelity, where they held various roles including Manager - Commercial Operations, Director - Global Strategic Marketing, and Sr Director - Strategy and Business Development. At Acelity, Robert led cross-functional teams through significant M&A transactions and played a key role in taking the company private through a $6.3B LBO. Robert also led the acquisition of a market-leading global wound care company. In 2015, Robert joined CST Brands Inc. / CrossAmerica Partners LP as the Executive Director of Strategy and M&A, responsible for leading all M&A activity and strategic growth initiatives. In 2017, they moved to 3M as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Currently, Robert is the Vice President of Corporate Development at West Pharmaceutical Services, a position they started in September 2021.

Robert Segura has completed executive education in Strategic M&A from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Robert also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
