Sebastian Strohmayer

Sebastian Strohmayer is a highly experienced professional in the field of process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Global Process Engineering at West Pharmaceutical Services since January 2010. In this role, Sebastian leads a global team of engineering experts focused on pharmaceutical washing, packaging, and sterilization of elastomeric packaging components, while also overseeing advanced manufacturing and high-value product containment initiatives. Previous positions include Sr. Manager Global Process Engineering and Manager Process Engineering Projects PPS, where Sebastian was recognized as a global subject matter expert and Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to West Pharmaceutical Services, Sebastian worked as a Project Manager for Process Development at Bosch, specializing in automotive rubber production. Sebastian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business from both the University of Applied Sciences Aachen and Zuyd Hogeschool, completed in 2008.
