Silji Abraham

Silji serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at West, where he is responsible for ensuring the Company’s Information Technology (IT), cyber security and business systems best support the Company’s operations across 50 sites. He serves as the leader of both the IT and Enterprise Business Systems Teams at West, and also oversees digital marketing and digital manufacturing initiatives. Before joining West, Silji most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of MilliporeSigma, a subsidiary of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany. Prior to this role, Silji served as CIO at Sigma-Aldrich Corporation, and worked in various senior IT leadership roles at Invensys Operations Management. Silji received a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in International Business Operations from Lawrence Technological University. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
