Subhamitra Pakrashi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Subhamitra most recently worked as the Director of Quality, DEI, & Decision Support at Resilience Healthcare LLC, Weiss Memorial Hospital, and West Suburban Medical Center. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Data & Quality at Breakwater Health Network. Subhamitra also worked as the Director of Quality Improvement at Western North Carolina Community Health Services and held various positions at Interior Community Health Center, including Quality Officer, Interim Quality Officer, Electronic Health Record Specialist, and Scheduler. Additionally, they volunteered at the MetaSUB Consortium and served as a Research Assistant at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Subhamitra also had a teaching role as a Sessional Lecturer at Edith Cowan University. Lastly, they worked as a General Dentist at NG Medicare & Calcutta Hope Infertility Clinic.

Subhamitra Pakrashi's education history begins in 2002, when they attended Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in Dentistry. Then, from 2011 to 2012, Subhamitra pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health at Edith Cowan University. Most recently, starting in 2023, Subhamitra has been pursuing a Doctorate of Health Care Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Oklahoma State University.

In addition to their formal education, Subhamitra has obtained multiple certifications. These include becoming a Full Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society in 2011. Later, Subhamitra obtained certificates in various areas related to healthcare and quality management, such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Tableau Fundamentals, Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety, and Level 1-4 Ambulatory Care Risk Management. They have also obtained a certificate in Team Based Care from the National Healthcareer Association and completed the Region V Public Health Leadership Institute offered by the Region V Public Health Training Center.
