Samantha Crumrine

Samantha Crumrine, LMSW, is a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker with extensive experience in various social work roles. Currently serving as a Hospice Licensed Master Social Worker at West Texas Rehabilitation Center and a Mental Health Therapist at Village Therapy, PLLC, Samantha provides both in-person and tele-health services to clients in San Angelo, TX. With a background in case management for specialized health and social services through the Texas Department of State Health Services and as a Hospice Social Worker at Interim HealthCare Inc., Samantha has developed expertise in areas such as grief and loss, caregiving, and advocacy. Additionally, Samantha has a history of significant contributions to child welfare, having founded the Heart Gallery of Northwest Texas and serving on the Board of Directors for HERE I AM ORPHAN MINISTRIES. An alumnus of The University of Texas at Arlington, Samantha holds a Master of Social Work degree focused on direct practice with children and families.
