John Riggs

John Riggs is the Director of Agriculture at West Virginia University at Parkersburg. John previously worked as an Agriculture Specialist at American National, a land surveyor at Bill Mossor Surveying, and a superintendent at St. Marys Golf Course. John also interned for school credit at Pikewood National Golf Club and WEEPING WILLOW CATTLE COMPANY.

John Riggs has a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from West Virginia University, and a Graduate degree in Land Surveying from Glenville State University. John is also certified from Bill Mossor Surveying in Prelicensee Survey Apprenticeship.

John Riggs reports to Torie Jackson, Interim President. They work with Steven Smith - EVP, Enrollment Management & Inclusive Excellence, Mary Bentz - Executive Director, HR & Compliance, and Tess Martin - Jackson County Center Dean.
