Ali Jeney serves as the Director of the Science Adventure School at West Virginia University since January 2017, focusing on experiential and outdoor education for middle school students in West Virginia to foster excitement for science and personal growth. While pursuing a MAC degree in secondary science education, Ali also worked at the Outdoor Recreation Center as a graduate student. Previous experience includes guiding with Austin Adventures in the summers of 2016 and 2018, along with working as a Support Geoscientist at Schlumberger from February 2014 to September 2016, where responsibilities included client support, teaching, mentoring, and participation in various committees. Ali holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International/Global Studies and Environmental Geoscience from West Virginia University, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
