Rachel Barnard

Rachel Barnard serves as the Head of Marketing and Campaigns at West Yorkshire Combined Authority since May 2022, following a progressive career in marketing roles within the organization and other prominent companies. Previously, Rachel held positions including Head of Marketing at Leeds City Region LEP and Senior Marketing Manager at both Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership and Leeds and Partners. Early career experience includes roles as Champions Coordinator at Marketing Leeds, Account Manager at Gratterpalm and The LAM Agency, and Client Service Manager at CPM United Kingdom. Rachel holds a BA Hons degree in Media Studies and Sociology from the University of Leeds, earned in 1997.
