Cristina Ahumada

Cristina Ahumada, SPHR, SHRM-CP has over a decade of experience in human resources. Cristina started as a Sr. Payroll Specialist at Ivy Hotel and then moved on to Mission Federal Credit Union, where they served as a Sr. Human Resources Specialist. In their role at San Diego Convention Center Corporation, they continued as a Sr. Human Resources Specialist. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at WestAir Gases & Equipment, where they previously held the position of Human Resources Manager. Throughout their career, Cristina has demonstrated expertise in payroll processing, benefits administration, and strategic HR management, focusing on compliance, employee relations, and organizational development.

Cristina Ahumada has completed coursework at Southwestern Community College District. Cristina has obtained certifications in CPR & AED from the American Red Cross, as well as the SHRM-CP and SPHR credentials from SHRM and HRCI, respectively.
