Donna B. Elliston

Donna B. Elliston, DrPH, MSPH, is a highly experienced public health professional currently serving as Principal Research Associate at Westat since March 2023. With a robust background spanning over two decades, Donna has held various leadership roles including Executive Director at Public Health Executive, where expertise in public-private partnerships is leveraged to foster multi-disciplinary collaboration and improvement projects. Previous positions include Vice President at Ipsos North America, Senior Consultant at John Snow Inc., and Project Director for the CDC Teen Pregnancy Prevention Community-Wide Initiative. Donna holds a Doctorate in Public Health from Morgan State University and a Master of Science in Public Health from Meharry Medical College, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Vassar College.
