Jocelyn Franke

Jocelyn Franke is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in research, program support, and capacity building within public education. Currently serving as a Principal Research Associate at Westat since December 2015, Jocelyn has led a team to support 21st Century Community Learning Centers in over 700 low-income schools in Texas. Previous roles include Senior Research Associate, where notable achievements included launching the Texas School-based Mental Health Statewide Database, and Research Associate, focusing on training and technical assistance for a $100M program enhancement contract. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Edvance Research, the University of Texas at Austin as a Graduate Assistant, and the Texas Education Agency, as well as teaching at Sahuarita Middle School. Jocelyn holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin and dual Bachelor's degrees in Secondary Education and Psychology from the University of Arizona.
