Tom Newberry

Tom Newberry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, corporate communications, and youth soccer coaching. Currently serving as Operations Training Specialist at FedEx Ground since November 2014, Tom focuses on developing training programs that enhance employee engagement and retention while reducing injury rates. Tom also holds the position of Vice President, Communications at Corporate Forum, where responsibilities include orchestrating events to assist companies in communicating effectively with investors. In the sports domain, Tom contributes as Assistant Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at Westborough High School and previously coached freshman soccer at Saint John's High School. Additional experience includes executive roles in communications and investor relations at several organizations, including GTC Biotherapeutics and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
