Jessica Winter has over eight years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as a Senior Relationship Banker at Westbury Bank since November 2018. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Lead Teller / Personal Banker at WaterStone Bank from September 2015 to November 2018. Jessica's expertise includes managing teller operations, coaching staff, and overseeing branch cash management, as well as extensive involvement in community events and compliance with federal regulations. Jessica holds a degree in Marketing Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College and a high school diploma from Germantown High School.
