Joshua Dart

Joshua Dart currently serves as Managing Director at WestCap Group since May 2019. In addition to this role, Dart has been a Board Member for Point since March 2022 and Avenue One since August 2020. Prior to these positions, Dart was Senior Director of New York Acquisitions and Development at Tishman Speyer from June 2011 to May 2019. Dart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business, earned between 2006 and 2010.
