Colette Phipps has been working with Westchester County since October 2000, holding various roles such as Research Analyst, Executive Director, and Professor. Colette is actively involved in initiatives related to aging-in-place, program and service delivery analysis, needs assessment programs, and preparing for the White House Conference on Aging. With a background in Social Work, Colette brings expertise to their positions in advocating for policies that address the needs of older adults.
