Danielle McFadden

Danielle McFadden, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resource Manager at the Westchester Institute For Human Development since July 2010, Danielle provides comprehensive HR support encompassing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy development. Danielle has also worked as a consultant for Serendipity Labs LLC and Worktopia, Inc., where services included recruitment and HR management for a start-up environment. Prior to these roles, Danielle held positions such as Senior Human Resources Specialist at The Ashforth Company and Convention Services Manager at Hyatt Regency, Greenwich. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications and Human Resource Management from the University of Connecticut and has been an active member of The HR Roundtable since October 2017.
