Marilyn Wolff Diamond has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2000, they worked as the Director of Consumer Genetics Education at the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Consultant, conducting research and writing health-related publications for various non-profit organizations. In 2004, they became the Director of Quality Initiatives at the Northeast Business Group on Health, managing projects related to healthcare quality. In 2009, they founded their own company, Diamond Health Consulting, where they developed and managed projects focusing on chronic disease prevention and treatment. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Project Specialist at the Montefiore Health System, guiding healthcare organizations in improving clinical quality outcomes. Currently, since 2019, they are the Director of Clinical Programs at the Westchester Institute for Human Development, where they spearhead the institution's first Value-Based Payment contract and oversees national quality programs.

Marilyn Wolff Diamond earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Binghamton University. Marilyn later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health Policy and Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Bronx High School of Science.
