Gillian Rittmaster has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries. Gillian began their career as a Vice President and Director at Citibank, where they managed graduate and undergraduate recruiting for the Global Finance business. Gillian oversaw a team of recruiters and developed training programs for Management Associates.
