Gillian Rittmaster

Gillian Rittmaster has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries. Gillian began their career as a Vice President and Director at Citibank, where they managed graduate and undergraduate recruiting for the Global Finance business. Gillian oversaw a team of recruiters and developed training programs for Management Associates.

After their time at Citibank, Gillian joined St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester as a Social Work Intern in the Continuing Day Treatment Program. Gillian provided therapy and case management to clients with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders.

Following their internship at St. Vincent's Hospital, Gillian worked as a Social Work Intern at Westchester Medical Center. In this role, they supported patients and families in the Pulmonology, Cardiology, and Oncology units, providing clinical counseling and discharge planning services.

Gillian then transitioned to Westchester Jewish Community Services, where they held multiple roles. Gillian started as the Coordinator for the Pathways to Care/Bereavement program and later became the Director of Health and Healing Services. Most recently, they have assumed the position of Assistant Executive Director for Jewish Programs and Health and Healing Services.

Gillian Rittmaster pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Michigan. Gillian attended the university from 1983 to 1987. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2013, Gillian attended Fordham University, where they completed a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Clinical studies.
