Kevin R. Booth

Kevin Booth has served as Chief Financial Officer for WestCor Companies and its affiliates since 1994. He oversees all financials, coordinating daily accounting, monthly financial reporting, and audits by outside auditors. He also is expanding the company’s IT department to make WestCor one of the more technologically advanced contractors in the area. He holds a degree in accounting and is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). He also holds a broker-salesman license for WestCor, where he is responsible for the purchase and sale of all in-house real estate investments.

Kevin is an active member and supporter of numerous industry organizations, including the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), joining the Las Vegas Chapter in 1994. He is a Past President of the Chapter and currently serves as Treasurer. He is an alumnus of both CFMA’s National Mentoring Program and CFMA at Spring Creek. Kevin is a current member of the CFMA Executive Committee and has volunteered for numerous other committees and task forces including the Finance Committee, Chapter Resource Committee, Conference Program Task Force, Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention, Past Vice Chairman of the Education Steering Committee, Financial Survey and Benchmarker Committee, and Current Chairman of the Membership Sub-Specialty Subcommittee.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee of the Nevada Contractors Association (NCA), an affiliate of AGC of America, and an active member of the Nevada Subcontractors Association (NSA) Government Affairs and Workforce Development Committees and the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA), an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) where he previously served on the Community Planning & Development Committee.
